Qingdao Hongtai Steel Casting Co., Ltd, established in 1997 (originally established in 1987), is situated at north Pingdu of Qingdao and possesses convenient transportation (abut on Weifang- Laiyang freeway) with combination of moulding sand foundry, resin sand foundry, non-ferrous metal foundry (smelting in electric furnace), processing and manufacture of machinery. Meanwhile, our company has qualified technicians, advanced machinery processing and checkout equipment as enterprise full of vigor and good developing trend.
Covering 38,000 square meters floor area and 22,000 square meters building area, our company now has 298 employees, 28 managers, 72 technicians, thereinto 2 professors, 4 senior engineers and 6 engineers, we also have 198 sets of production plant and checkout equipment, including over 10 sets of processing center and numerical control machine tool, 2 sets of 3T/h cupola, one set of 2T/h cupola, two sets of 250kg/h intermediate frequency induction furnace, two sets of 750kg/h intermediate frequency induction furnace, as well as moulding device and self-rigidity resin sand production line, etc.
Treating casting and processing as main task, (we can produce 50g to 1 ton gray cast iron and nodular cast iron of different brands), we can process gray cast iron, nodular cast iron, high manganese steel, high chromium cast iron, aluminum alloy auto fittings and mechanical fittings which are sold far away to many countries and districts, such as Europe, America, Japan and South Korea.
The company has got the ISO/TS16949 Quality Management System Certificate, ISO9001：2008 International Quality System Certificate. With a sound mechanism and scientific management, the company is carrying out the ERP Management Software. The company has entered into the "Top Fifty Enterprises" in foundry industry in Shandong province.
